Fulfillment Policy

At E-Volve Tech, LLC, we understand the importance of timely and accurate estimates for collision repair shops. Our aim is to provide efficient and reliable estimating services to all our clients.

Estimating Database (CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex)

For clients utilizing estimating databases such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex, our writers will log in under a dedicated E-Volve or guest login and write the estimates directly in your database. We strive to deliver estimates within 4 business hours of receiving the request.
When our writers complete the estimate, it will immediately be available in your estimating system. Please note that our writes WILL NOT lock estimates in your database. After an estimate is completed in your database it is your responsibility to either review and lock the estimate or return the estimate to our writer to address comments and corrections.

Non-Database Estimating (E-Volve)

In cases where a collision repair shop does not have an estimating database subscription or prefers the estimate on E-Volve's letterhead, our writers will generate the estimate in our system.
We will deliver the estimate to you in PDF format via email or directly through our website / app.
Estimates written in our system will be delivered within 4 business hours.

Customization and Revision

We understand that each estimate we write may have unique requirements. If revisions are necessary, we will promptly make adjustments to any estimate we have provided hupon your request.
